Our in-depth knowledge of your local property market along with our expertise in targeting quality tenants means we can achieve the best possible price .

We will create your advert and list your property on all major portals, along with any relevant social media platforms.

Tenant Viewings.

We offer viewings seven days a week, working around tenants needs to offer the best customer service possible.

Tenant Referencing.  

All tenants are met by ourselves and then referenced using a professional and reputable service.

5.

Contract Preparation.

Contracts are drawn up and then able to sign online to allow a seamless and quick process for both Landlord and tenant. 

6.

Deposit Collection.

Collect all security deposits and register them with the DPS, providing tenants with a copy of the certificate.

7.

Inventory.

Professional inventory along with photographs completed before every move in.

8.

Safety Checks.

Gas certificates, electrical safety checks, PAT testing, EPCs.  

9.

Inspections.

Quarterly inspections to ensure the property is being kept in good order. 

10.

Maintenance.

We have a trusted team of tradesman to carry out any job, no matter the size. 

11.

Tenant queries.

We are on hand 24/7 to help tenants with any issues that might arise. 

12.

Final check out.

At the end of a tenancy we will prepare a final report and handle deposit return.

What are the costs?

We charge a flat 12% of gross rental income for management, and are happy to negotiate on multiple property/portfolio management. We charge no hidden fees, or signing up fees. Only a small tenant find and set up fee dependant on the property type.
